We accept and process all PPO dental plans and are contracted with some HMO dental plans (see below). HMO dental plans require the patient to select our office as the primary provider prior to an appointment, PPO dental plans do not.

Please call us with your insurance information and we may be able to verify benefits prior to your visit.  Some plans may have out of network benefits even if we are not directly contracted with an insurance company.
