Step 2: Locators and abutment impression taken.

Step 3: Screw retained implant crowns

Before: patient missing upper molars, unable to chew on right side.

After: patient restored with second molar function with two implant crowns #2 and #3.

#3 Encode Implant placed. After 4 months digtal impression taken.
